Solar Generation Monitoring Guide for Telangana Customers

Solar system install అయిన తర్వాత చాలా మంది ఒక common question అడుగుతారు: "నా system సరిగ్గా work చేస్తుందా? Generation target కి match అవుతుందా?" ఈ guide లో app monitoring, inverter check, monthly targets — అన్నీ తెలుగులో.
- 3 kW system → 12–15 units/day (360–450 units/month)
- 5 kW system → 20–25 units/day (600–750 units/month)
- 10 kW system → 40–50 units/day (1,200–1,500 units/month)
*Peak months (March–May): 15–20% extra. Monsoon (July–Aug): 20–30% less.
📱 Method 1 — Monitoring App
Sungrow Inverter → iSolarCloud App
Sri Ishaan Solar Sungrow inverters install చేస్తే iSolarCloud app వాడాలి:
- Google Play / App Store లో "iSolarCloud" search → download
- App open చేసి "End User" select చేయండి
- Sri Ishaan Solar installer ఇచ్చిన Plant ID తో register చేయండి
- Home screen లో: Today Generation (kWh), Power Now (kW), Monthly Total
Growatt Inverter → ShinePhone App
- Google Play / App Store లో "ShinePhone" search → download
- Installer ఇచ్చిన account credentials తో login
- Dashboard లో real-time wattage, daily/monthly production visible
App లేకపోతే — Web Portal
- Sungrow: isolarcloud.com → browser లో open చేయవచ్చు
- Growatt: server.growatt.com
- PC/mobile browser రెండింటి లోనూ work అవుతుంది
🖥️ Method 2 — Inverter Display Check
App లేకుండా directly inverter display చూడవచ్చు:

📊 Monthly Self-Check — 5 Minute Routine
ప్రతి నెల ఒకసారి ఈ 3 steps check చేయండి:
- App/inverter నుండి monthly generation note చేయండి (e.g., June: 420 units)
- Target తో compare చేయండి (3 kW = 360–450 units/month expected)
- DISCOM bill check చేయండి — net metering bill లో "units imported" తక్కువ అవుతున్నాయా?
- Target కంటే 20%+ తక్కువ generation (monsoon season కాకపోతే)
- Inverter display లో error code appear అవుతుంది
- Mid-day లో system completely off అవుతుంది
- App లో "Fault" or "Offline" status

🔧 Generation తక్కువ వస్తే — DIY Checklist
- Panel cleaning: Dust, bird droppings చూడండి. Cleaning = 10–25% generation boost
- Shading check: New tree branches, neighbor construction generation block చేస్తున్నాయా?
- Inverter reboot: Inverter on/off switch OFF → 30 seconds → ON (minor glitches fix అవుతాయి)
- DC isolator check: Roof నుండి inverter కి వచ్చే cable connection loose అయిందా?
- AMC call: Above steps చేసినా తక్కువ వస్తే, installer కి call చేయండి
