Application steps
RWA / society GBM resolution → MoM upload → society PAN + bank → PMSG group-housing portal → DISCOM feasibility → installation → commissioning → subsidy credit to society account.

Timeline

Can individual flat owners apply via RWA?
PMSG group-housing track is for common-area only. Individual flats need rooftop access — most apartment flats don't qualify. Independent house, villa, townhouse owners apply normally.
Who owns the system after install?
The society / RWA owns the asset. Subsidy credits to society account. Maintenance is via society funds (can be bundled in our AMC).
Can we do parking-shed solar?
Yes — parking sheds with solar carport structure are increasingly popular. Adds car-cover utility + generates power. ~25% higher structure cost than rooftop, but no roof load worries.
