When you invest in solar, you are making a 25-year decision. You need to know your installer will stand behind their work — not just when you sign the agreement, but 5 years, 10 years, and 15 years later when something needs attention. Here is exactly what Sri Ishaan Solar commits to every customer, in writing.

1. TGREDCO Registration — What It Means for You

Sri Ishaan Solar is registered with the Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation (TGREDCO) under Registration Number TSRE260936. This is the Telangana state government's official empanelment for solar installers.

What TGREDCO empanelment means in practice:

• We have been verified by the state government as a technically qualified solar installer
• We are authorised to submit net metering applications directly to TSSPDCL and TSNPDCL on your behalf
• We are eligible to list on the PM Surya Ghar portal as an MNRE-approved vendor for subsidy processing
• You can verify our registration at tgredco.telangana.gov.in

An unregistered installer cannot legally submit a net metering application or process the PM Surya Ghar subsidy on your behalf. Always verify your installer's TGREDCO registration before signing any agreement.

2. Panel Warranty — 25 Years Product + 30 Years Performance

Sri Ishaan Solar installs Tier-1 solar panels from manufacturers including Waaree, Adani Solar, and Tata Power Solar — all Indian manufacturers with a strong track record and accessible warranty service centres in Telangana.

The performance warranty means that after 30 years, your panels are guaranteed to still produce at least 80% of their original rated output — this is backed by the manufacturer. In practice, quality Tier-1 panels typically retain 85–90% output after 25 years under Telangana's conditions.

3. Inverter Warranty — 5 Years Standard

We install inverters from Growatt and Goodwe — both leading global brands with authorised service centres in India. Standard inverter warranty is 5 years from date of installation, extendable to 10 years on certain models. The inverter is the only active component in a solar system and the most likely to need attention over the system's lifetime.

Growatt and Goodwe both offer remote monitoring — you and our team can see your inverter's real-time performance data from a smartphone app. If output drops or an error code appears, we are notified before you even notice a problem.

4. Mounting Structure Warranty — 10 Years

The mounting structure holds your panels to the roof for 25+ years. We use hot-dip galvanised steel and anodised aluminium structures from established manufacturers. These are engineered for Telangana's wind loads and monsoon conditions.

• All structures carry a 10-year warranty against structural failure and corrosion
• Roof penetrations are sealed with UV-resistant sealant rated for tropical climates
• Load calculations are done before installation — we do not over-load your roof slab

5. Workmanship Warranty — 5 Years from Sri Ishaan Solar

This is our personal commitment to you. For 5 years from the date of installation, Sri Ishaan Solar is responsible for any defects in installation workmanship — including:

• Cable termination and connector failures
• Earthing system integrity
• Mounting looseness or roof leaks at penetration points
• Inverter installation and wiring errors
• DC and AC panel connections

This is separate from the manufacturer panel and inverter warranties. You should ask any installer for their workmanship warranty — an installer who does not offer at least 3–5 years is not confident in the quality of their own work.

Net metering approval from TSSPDCL or TSNPDCL is often the most time-consuming part of going solar. Sri Ishaan Solar handles the complete process:

• Technical feasibility application submission
• Document collection and verification
• Follow-up with DISCOM field office until the meter is installed
• Final commissioning inspection coordination
• Net metering certificate handover

You do not need to visit a DISCOM office, stand in any queue, or track application status. We do it all and update you at each milestone. This service is included in every installation at no additional charge.
